Project: Bluetooth Remote

We have a long-standing relationship with the head of FCA that began when I taught electronics courses back in 2017.
Together, we carried out this project, which modernizes, streamlines, simplifies, and makes safer the operation of various hydraulic movements of truck bodies — traditionally operated using manual levers.
It first involved developing an electronic board with Bluetooth connectivity, capable of receiving commands from an app. Each command is processed by a microcontroller that enables or disables different outputs.
Both the hardware and the app turned out to be very robust, and the product was well-received in the market.
My name is Claudio Astrada, owner of FCA Carrocerias. I want to tell you a brief story that allowed me to realize a dream, a challenge, and where I found true friends… After taking electronics classes in 2017, I managed to combine what I learned with my work activities. FCA Carrocerias belongs to a sector where innovations are often overlooked… but I still moved forward with the idea of controlling hydraulic systems, an area of expertise for me, with what I had learned: robotics. I just discovered it! And I knew I could do it, but not how! At that moment, I felt the need to learn and understand even more, and the “magic” of SEBASIRA appeared. Training and empathy are two values I deeply appreciate, which I managed to find in this company. And thus, the Bluetooth Remote Control for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems was born. You can control it with your tablet or your cell phone via Android. More than 20 users, both companies and individuals, have this system on their equipment. Everyone is very satisfied… Currently, with SEBASIRA, we have a relationship that is not only commercial but also one of shared passion for innovation and for electronics applied to industrial and everyday needs.
